The Briefing Day is Free of Charge

There is no charge for the briefing day, courtesy of DER-NSW and Adobe.  You will only be charged for accommodation if required and parking on the day.

Accommodation

$225.00 per person single occupancy including buffet breakfast
$245.00 per room twinshare including buffet breakfast for two.

Parking

Day parking is $10 for conference delegates. You must have a discount voucher to receive a reduced rate for parking. You can collect a discount voucher at the conference Registration/Help Desk prior to exiting the hotels car park.

• Keep the ticket you receive on entry to the car park
• Get a discount parking voucher from the Registration/Help Desk
• Before leaving the car park go to the pay station machine
o Insert the original ticket you received on entry to the car park
o Insert the discount voucher ticket
o Pay the $10 (you have an option to request a receipt)
o Only one ticket will be returned from the machine which you will use at the boom gate slot when exiting the car park

Overnight parking is $25 for conference delegates. It is billed to your room account. You must collect a voucher for the boom gate from the hotel’s reception desk when finalizing your account prior to exiting the car park.
Payment Methods:

1. Cheque - make payable to VMS Conference Trust Account and send to VMS Event & Conference Logistics, P.O.Box 403 Caringbah, NSW 1495
2. EFT - funds may be transferred to VMS at BSB 032 151 Account 195227. Please ensure your delegates name(s) is inserted in the description.
3. Credit Card - we accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express, but 3% will be added for fees and charges. The credit card transaction will be processed through a secure bank gateway to our account and a transaction receipt emailed to you.

Please note all monies must be received at least five days before the event otherwise your accommodation will be cancelled.
